Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Please provide your order number and contact details for faster assistance.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Orders already dispatched by the courier partner cannot be cancelled.

Changes to Orders
